Ramen Noodle Salad

Ready in minutes and always delicious this salad is great with any meal. Not only is it tasty, but easily made in advance!

Ingredients

1 head Nappa Cabbage (or lettuce) chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 package of Ramen noodles crumbled
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar

Instructions

1. In a fry pan saute butter, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, and crushed Ramen noodles until brown (6-10minutes)
2. Once brown drain on paper towels
3. To make dressing combine oil, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar
4. Shake until well mixed
5. Store dressing and noodle mix separately until served
6. Toss cabbage, noodle mix, and dressing to serve
