Store bought elegance of a chocolate covered strawberry achieved at home in only a few minutes. Great for any occasion no matter how romantic or casual it may be. Once you start making your own chocolate covered strawberries you will want to have them on hand all the time!
Ingredients
1-2 pounds of strawberries washed and air dried
3 squares of Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate
1 square of Baker’s unsweetened chocolate
Instructions
1. In a small bowl or on a plate melt all the chocolate squares on a medium heat setting using a microwave
2. When the chocolate is soft stir the chocolate until it is smooth and well mixed
3. One at a time dip strawberries in chocolate and place on parchment paper to cool
4. Place in refrigerator uncovered until ready to serve
