For years I have avoided rolling out sugar cookies, pie crusts, anything that requires uniform thickness because I am not good at it and end up frustrated. Well of course there is a fix for that these days. This rolling pin has bumpers on the end so that no matter how hard you press, the thickness is even. It even comes with multiple bumper plates. Disclaimer: If the side of your rolling pin rolls off the counter then it does results in uneven thickness! (oops!)
