Crunchy Tilapia

1 Tilapia fillet

4-5 Ritz crackers

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (the grated, powder kind)

1 T butter



Preheat oven to 350. Apply tin foil to a metal pan and spray with oil. Melt butter and crush crackers. Mix crackers, cheese and butter in a bowl, then place on top of tilapia. Bake for 20 minutes. Stick fork in the end of the fillet to check that it’s flakey.

Sugar Cookies


2 cups powdered sugar

¼ cup Crisco

1/8 cup water

Almond flavor


2 c sugar

1 c butter soften

¼ tsp lemon juice

1 c sour cream

3 eggs

5 c flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

Cream sugar and butter thoroughly. Add juice. Add eggs, one at a time, beat. Add sour cream with soda added to it. Add flour with baking powder added. Chill dough. Roll with sugar before baking or frost after baking
